Current and former NFL, EFL and Pro Women football athletes from teams across the leagues—including Colorado Springs native JoJo Domann, LB and Matt Henningsen, DE Broncos —are volunteering their time and talents to help coach the 21st annual Pro Football Camp! 

For the past 20 years, Pro Football Camp has created an instructional, fun, and uplifting experience for kids 7 - 14 years old in the Colorado Springs area. More than 6,100 kids have learned not only football skills but also developed character traits off-the-field from listening to NFL athletes coaching at the Pro Football Camp, who share their stories of perseverance, respect, and overcoming adversity in their lives.

Meet at the admission hut for Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site. Walking is along a flat, mostly paved even surface with a total distance less than ½ mile. Dress for the evening weather.

The USA Pickleball Golden Ticket – Colorado Springs presented by Tradier is an official USA Pickleball Nationals Qualifier hosted at Peak Pickleball from June 24–28, 2026.

Players from across the country will compete in this sanctioned MMP-level tournament for the opportunity to earn a Golden Ticket qualification to the 2026 USA Pickleball National Championships. The event will feature Men’s and Women’s Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Junior divisions across multiple age groups and skill levels.

Tournament play will include round robin competition leading into playoff brackets with referees present for all matches. Medals will be awarded across divisions, and all matches will be played indoors on hard courts using Franklin X-40 Performance pickleballs.

Participants will enjoy an introduction along Gateway Trail to the Central Garden’s most remarkable sights. The walk will cover about one mile over smooth, paved trails and will typically last around 90 minutes. Upon arrival at the Central Garden, participants may continue with the guide for further exploration, or continue to explore independently. Those who prefer can also return to the Visitor Center with the guide. Weather dependent. Additional parking is available across the street in Parking Lot #1. Please give yourself time to park and walk to the Visitor and Nature Center.

Jr. Ranger booklet and awards included!

Join Park Interpreter and Jr. Ranger co-author Jennifer Heiny for this family-friendly walk! After a brief introduction inside, families will leisurely walk out into the Park from the Visitor and Nature Center. This informal walk will be loosely focused on the Junior Ranger booklet and can cover anything we are seeing. Sunscreen, sturdy shoes and water recommended! If there is inclement weather, the focus will shift to just indoors with touch tables and museum challenges. Meet in the Red Rocks Room on the second floor.

This is a guided walk along Gateway Trail focused on the plants, trees and wildflowers found in the Garden of the Gods. Join us to learn about native plants, invasive species, and the relationships between plants, wildlife and humans. Distance is about 1 mile along mostly paved trails. Please note that this is a one-way hike into the Park; participants are encouraged to continue exploring the Central Garden or may return to the Visitor Center with the guide. Weather dependent.

This self-guided charity pond and waterfall tour will be held Saturday and Sunday, June 27th & 28th, 2026, from 9am to 5 pm each day with one location hosting a special 20th Anniversary Sunset Reception Saturday evening for a sunset pond viewing.

Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the Boys & Girls Club of the Pikes Peak Region with a matching donation from Purely Ponds & Waterfalls.

Digital tickets, complete with tour map, addresses, driving directions and descriptions, are just $5 each and will be available June 1st at www.purelyponds.com/parade-of-ponds.

Tour attendees are responsible for their own transportation.

The primary fundraising activity for FOX is its annual garden tour.

Since the tour’s inception in 2011, this popular event has been in various Colorado Springs locations, including Village Seven, the West Side, the Old North End, Patty Jewett, the Broadmoor, Divine Redeemer and Shooks Run area, and north central Colorado Springs.

The 2026 tour takes participants to the Colorado Springs Country Club and nearby neighborhoods.

Tour attendees will observe artistic gardens, native plant selections, a raised bed veggie garden, and other examples for many different garden types.

Join Garden of the Gods Staff for a program that will explain the importance of scavengers, what kinds of scavengers live in the park and how to think like one. Presentation will end with a scavenger game that you can complete as you explore the park. All ages are welcome!

We’re proud to welcome the YMCA Stars & Stripes Golf Classic back to The Club at Flying Horse for an exciting two-day tournament. Join us on Monday, June 29 on the Tom Weiskopf Course, Tuesday, June 30 on the Phil Smith Course, or experience both days of play.

Last year’s event sold out, so early registration is highly encouraged! Every swing helps support vital YMCA programs and initiatives for military families, including scholarships, financial assistance, and specialized programs for the families of our nation’s fallen.

The Stars & Stripes Golf Classic provides critical funding to ensure the Y can continue serving men and women in uniform and the families who stand beside them.

Celebrating Women’s History Month, come and learn about a few of the region’s incredible women. From Katharine Lee Bates to Nancy Lewis, southern Colorado women have left their mark.

Join Park Guide Jennifer for this lively walk that is HERstory mixed with fun facts. This easy walk is on sidewalk trails and is around a mile in length. The walk begins at the trailhead for the Perkins Central Garden Trail at parking lot 2. Dress for the weather, and sturdy shoes and water are recommended. In the event of inclement weather, this program will become an indoor presentation at the Garden of the Gods Visitor and Nature Center.
