Creek Week cleanups happen across the watershed—from Palmer Lake to Pueblo—over nine action-packed days of service and stewardship!
Whether you're ready to lead a cleanup or simply want to lend a hand, there’s a role for everyone.

Register as a Crew Leader to organize a cleanup at your chosen site. We’ll provide guidance and can supply free cleanup gear if needed.
Want to Join a Cleanup?
Register as a Crew Member to sign up for an existing cleanup—no planning required. Just show up, pitch in, and make a difference!
Bring Your Own Supplies if you can—gloves, trash bags, buckets, and grabbers are all helpful—but gear is also available at no cost through the Fountain Creek Watershed District.

This event is in the morning to avoid windy conditions. All that we ask is for all participants to have their USCG-approved, personal floatation device on their vessel and to wear your leash. Children under 14 are required by CO state law to wer their life...

Along with something to journal in and write with, don't forget to bring plenty of water, snacks/lunch, sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, pretty much anything you would want on a day hike. Sturdy shoes would be a plus, but not a requirement, as we will be doing a very short, easy walk on a dirt path.

The meadow nature walk is a relatively short guided nature walk through some of our park’s pristine natural environments. Learn about the ecology of meadows and open spaces with park naturalist Sam Owens. The walk takes place in Cheyenne Mountain State Park, starting at the Prairie Falcon Amphitheater parking at 10:00 am at select dates in July. Reservations are available on CPW connect, but walk-ins are allowed. No fee is needed for the walk, but the entry fee to the park is still...

There will be activities, Halloween decorations and free candy! We encourage anyone curious to come participate in our festivities.

Cycling Santa serves as a toy drive for Give It Forward, to spread Christmas cheer to kids across the Pikes Peak region.
There are three ride distances, to accommodate all levels of cyclist -- a 6mi, a 10mi, and a 21mi -- and toddlers under 4 are free! Every participant will receive a free Santa suit along with registration, even the kids. If participating, please bring new and unwrapped toys with...
