Rocky Mountain Field Institute
We believe that the protection and restoration of our public lands relies on cultivating an ethic of public stewardship, environmental responsibility, and action. For this reason, RMFI runs hundreds of volunteer project workdays annually to heal and restore public lands throughout Southern Colorado, with an emphasis on the Pikes Peak region. Our Community Volunteer Stewardship Program provides a wide range of opportunities for volunteers of varying skill levels to get involved, including youth, adults, and small and large groups. Our expert field instructors lead volunteers on workdays that not only accomplish impressive on-the-ground results but are also a whole lot of fun. Trails and Open Space Coalition (TOSC)
The Trails and Open Space Coalition works for the preservation of open space and parks, and the creation of a network of trails and bikeways in the Pikes Peak region. Please join us!

Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC)
Volunteers for Outdoor Colorado (VOC) is our state organization for volunteering in the outdoors! You can check out their calendar of projects here.
